Merry Christmas and warmest holiday wishes from the Chickasaw Nation.

This Christmas we are thankful for a great multitude of blessings. We have a tremendous staff of employees dedicated to serving the Chickasaw people.

We have made modifications and improvements in programs and services, and we have continued to develop and build facilities to better serve you in the coming years.

We will continue to modify events programs and services to meet the ever-changing needs and circumstances of our people. After all, we are one tribe with one mission, to enhance the overall quality of lives of the Chickasaw people, at all times and in any way we can.

This Christmas season, we are thankful for our front-line workers and our health care professionals, who continue to put others first and whose examples of selflessness and dedication continue to inspire.

Most of all, this season, we are thankful for Jesus Christ, whose life gave us the greatest example of kindness, love and compassion. Throughout this pandemic, we have seen so many demonstrate these qualities by helping and protecting one another.

It has been inspiring to see so many rise to the occasion this year and go the extra mile for their neighbor, whether that was making masks for others, making sure everyone is fed or making quilts to keep our elders warm.

For all Chickasaws, along with all our family and friends, we wish you good health and safety.

Christmas is the season for love, peace and hope. Let us live these qualities as best we can and pray for the strength and understanding to face the future with wisdom and discernment. We ask God to lead us when the opportunity comes to help our fellow man.

We wish you love, peace and prosperity this holiday season. May God bless you and your family.
